
Why seek coaching?
Too many of us continue with our day to day lives whilst intermittently dreaming of 'bigger and better things'. Whether that be a more fulfilling career, a healthier body or better relationships. We allow excuses such as 'time' and 'energy' to limit us, often alongside some self doubt about what you see as possible. Ideas become just one big mind clutter with the same thoughts occupying our brains but without any positive outcome. This can lead to feelings of unfulfilment, overwhelm and frustration. The great news is that these feelings can be altered and all of those big ideas can seem achievable in just a short space of time. The coaching process works by challenging unhelpful beliefs and empowering the individual to recognise their own small, achievable steps towards that ultimate goal.
What to expect?
A coaching conversation provides a safe, open and confidential space, free of judgement. This space is used to explore where you are now, where you would like to be in the future and how to 'bridge the gap'. In order to do this, your awareness of your current beliefs, values and reality will be raised and at times, these ideas may be challenged in order to help move you forwards.

You should expect to leave a coaching conversation with a greater awareness of yourself and some achievable actions you feel committed to take in the short term. By committing to these steps, it provides accountability in moving forwards and finally getting what you want!
